About the role

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Brand.com Planning & Operations Specialist to be the architect and pilot of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) journey. You will be a "builder" involved in the end-to-end process from defining technical requirements with vendors during the setup phase to executing high-impact growth plans post-launch.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level e-commerce planning and daily operational excellence to drive measurable revenue growth

Responsibilities

Your core mission is to manage the brand.com store, lead the launch process, and optimize the customer journey to maximize sales and conversion rates.

1. Strategic Launch & Infrastructure Planning (30%)

  • Act as the lead internal consultant to define functional requirements (e.g., payment gateways, shipping logic) and manage technical vendor delivery.

  • Plan and oversee the integration of data flows between the E-commerce platform and back-end systems (inventory management, Haravan, Shopify, JST) to ensure real-time synchronization.

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-launch testing to ensure the site architecture supports a seamless customer journey.

2. Tactical Operations & Catalog Management (40%)

  • Manage the daily pulse of the store, including product listings, pricing updates, and ensuring visual consistency across all pages.

  • Execute the on-site promotional calendar, managing banner placements, landing pages, and campaign setups for major sales events.

  • Monitor site health and technical performance (load speed, checkout stability) to maintain a frictionless shopping experience.

3. Growth Planning & Data-Driven Optimization (30%)

  • Analyze user behavior and sales funnels using Google Analytics and GTM to identify "friction points" in the purchase journey.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests on site elements (copy, layouts, CTAs) to continuously improve the Conversion Rate (CRO).

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to align site content with performance ads (FB, Google) and KOC campaigns for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in E-commerce operations, E-commerce Specialist, or a similar role, preferably in the Appliance, FMCG, or Retail industry.

  • Experience managing CRM, loyalty, or membership programs for an E-commerce channel is highly valued.

  • Experience participating in a new site launch or major platform migration is a significant advantage.

  • High proficiency with a major E-commerce platform. Strong foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS. Understanding of API integration concepts is a plus.

  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and possesses a strong "owner" mindset. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.

  • Good business proficiency in English (reading technical documents and communicating cross-functionally).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft, Google, Lark,...)

Working hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 17:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (or work from home as per manager's discretion).
